This is the juried painting named Snowy Morning Walk painted on UArt paper using Terry Ludwig pastels.
It's a small 8x8 and is from a photo taken on an early Morning Walk. This painting evokes the cozy feeling one gets when walking on a snowy lane in upstate NY. I loved painting this as the colors and touch were subtle and I had to be careful not to overdo.
It all paid off as this was accepted in a national juried show. This painting is not for sale but I have some wonderful snow scenes to buy reasonably unframed.
