Congress Park Saratoga Springs Pastel 12x16...

Congress Park is a great Oasis in the city of Saratoga Springs, NY...I have painted quite a few paintings  

of that area ..this painting , just off the easel looks out on the water area that winds its way through the park and tucked in here and there in the background, you can see indications of the city brick buildings that guard the park.
